Beth Henchesmoore came to sunny southwest Florida in 2003. She started out here to complete her internship with the NCH Wellness Centers, in the final part to secure her Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College, in Springfield, MA. In 2008 she received her MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University, while working in the role of Director of Wellness for NCH Wellness Centers. That quick rise from intern to director carried over in helping the Naples YMCA rebuild after a devastating fire that occurred over Labor Day weekend in 2013. She was with the YMCA from 2014-2015, seeing the facility come back to life in serving the community. Another local fitness center needed Beth’s management and guidance, and she made the move to open the first Orangetheory Fitness in Naples. The year 2017 brought Beth to Nova Wealth Management. While it was a career change on paper, the same zest for getting to know people and taking their financial health seriously was not far removed from dealing with physical health. In 2022 Beth made a choice to return to working closer to her children’s schools – landing her as a Clinical Research Coordinator with Aqualane Clinical Research. While it looked like another career change, Beth explains that it was changing one commodity for another: she went from finance to pharmaceuticals but all the same skills applied. At the encouragement of her family (especially her kids!) she returned to Nova Wealth in June 2025. Here she puts her quest for wanting to know all about their clients to work as she took on the role she’s been doing this entire time: Marketing Manager!
When Beth isn’t inside the walls of Nova, you’re going to find her with at least 1 of her 4 kids (Tyler, Derek, Kaitlyn or Josh), 2 dogs (Riggs the German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois Mix and Luna the Rottweiler), or husband Andy. She enjoys riding motorcycles with Andy, playing with her pipe and drum band Guns N Hoses Pipes and Drums, or volunteering with Project HELP as a Board Member. She loves to travel, with train travel being her favorite way to go. Don’t get us started on her apple or blueberry pie either, because you’ll want one for your own.
